Artificial Intelligence chatbots (AICB) are being tested on a day to day business environment. It is important that you consider what is the goal of the test before you start. You will like to assist your customer base with better ways of writing for a specific business need, research data banks for previous results, prepare new code to assist you in your projects, etc.
I have heard comments on how you can get good information and sometimes you get bad information. The AICB are learning as you use them. You are learning as you use the AICB. The best way is to start by testing your AICB against known results. That way you can start to test the product and its adaptability.
Be conscious that you should vet any information that you will be sharing with an AICB so that you do not expose information that should not be out in a public environment based on your business regulation, compliance requirements. That is my biggest concern for early adoption of this new technology.
